Founded in 2002, we have over seven years of experience providing web hosting services. We're known as a company which takes customer satisfaction very seriously; in our last customer survey, 100% of customers who responded said they would recommend us to others. Everything we do is done with our customers in mind, and we're constantly looking for ways to do better than our customers expect – from making regular improvements to our services, to adding new features on demand. If any single one of our customers is unhappy with our service, then we're not happy either.

As the original founder of Valcato Hosting back in 2002, Jay started the business from scratch using the income from a part-time job. His entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a passion for providing a first class service led to Valcato Hosting becoming a recognised and award-winning brand by 2005, with over three hundred customers across five continents.
Jay left the business in the summer of 2005 to pursue a lucrative management career in the hospitality and leisure industry, but returned to lead the company’s incorporation back in September 2008. Now onboard as a Managing Director, Jay primarily focuses on the wealth of administrative tasks involved in operating a growing limited company. Although his key responsibilities involve accounting, finance, and marketing, Jay still finds the time to assist in answering support tickets and providing telephone support to our 600+ customers.

With a degree in Computer Science and many years of experience working with Unix/Linux and cPanel, Adam is in charge of most of the technical aspects of our services, ensuring that everying keeps on running smoothly and responding to emergencies to ensure any service disruption is minimal.
Adam is also leading the development of our new cloud-based hosting platform; driven by the desire to create the perfect modern hosting service, the Valcato Cloud project aims to reinvent our services and allow us to keep up with all the latest advances in technology to offer a service without the limitations of traditional shared hosting.

A degree in geography might not be a qualification you would expect to be held by our staff, but in his spare time John is heavily involved with the Command & Conquer franchise and it was his search for a reliable host for his websites that led him to Valcato, signing up as a customer in 2003. Fast forward half a decade and he is now our Head of Customer Service.
Johns overarching role is to ensure our excellent levels of customer service and reputation are maintained, surveying and communicating with customers. Many customers will have spoken with him on our live support chat or on the phone. He is also the expert on our billing system, so if something goes amiss with your bill John will be the one handling it.
